These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Cosmetology Content Agency, LLC, doing business as Carolina Production Company (“Carolina Production Company,” “CPC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) websites, services, and offerings, including https://carolinaproco.com and any related platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

Carolina Production Company provides content creation, video production, editing services, educational resources, and related offerings. Specific service terms, deliverables, and payment obligations may be detailed in separate agreements, proposals, or retainers signed by clients. In the event of conflict, the signed client agreement governs.
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts under South Carolina law.
All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in service agreements, invoices, or retainers.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.
Retainer and subscription payments are recurring unless otherwise specified in writing.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information necessary to deliver services.
Supply content, footage, branding, or approvals within agreed timelines.
Maintain lawful use of our Services and not use them for fraudulent, harmful, or infringing purposes.
Failure to provide necessary materials or approvals on time may delay deliverables and does not entitle clients to refunds.
Client Content: Clients retain ownership of original content they provide. By submitting content, clients grant us a license to edit, adapt, and use it for the purpose of fulfilling services.
Produced Content: Final edited deliverables created by CPC are released to the client upon full payment. Until payment is complete, all content remains the property of CPC.
Company Materials: All trademarks, logos, designs, processes, and training materials developed by CPC remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or distributed without prior written consent.
Retainer agreements and service contracts are binding for the stated term.
Cancellations must comply with the specific terms outlined in each agreement.
Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been initiated, except as required by law.
Carolina Production Company is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Losses due to delays caused by client inaction, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unauthorized access to client data despite reasonable security measures.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the Services in question.
We respect the confidentiality of client information and agree not to disclose or use it for purposes other than delivering contracted services, except as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate Services if a client breaches these Terms or any signed agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of all work completed prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richland County, South Carolina.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
